Key Responsibilities
End-to-End P&L Management
?Take full ownership of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close for the profit and loss statement.
?Guarantee precise and timely recording of revenue, cost accruals, and expense allocations.
?Work closely with accounting and sales operations to verify the accuracy of financial data.

Management Reporting
?Produce comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership, including analysis of variances against budget and forecast.
?Identify and communicate key performance indicators and trends across product lines and regions.
?Enable strategic business decisions through actionable, data-backed insights.

Budgeting & Forecasting
?Drive the annual budget and quarterly forecasting processes for the business unit.
?Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to align financial planning with strategic objectives.
?Track forecast precision and suggest adjustments as needed.

Offering Analysis
?Evaluate backlog data and provide actionable insights on revenue acceleration opportunities.
?Uncover patterns, risks, and growth potential related to margin enhancement and expansion.
?Deliver recommendations to improve overall portfolio profitability.

Internal Controls & Compliance
?Uphold a strong internal control framework.
?Assist in internal and external audit activities with clear documentation and process visibility.
?Ensure adherence to Lenovo’s financial policies and global compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills
?Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or ACCA qualification is a plus.
?Minimum of 3 years in financial planning and analysis, ideally within IT services or technology sectors.
?Solid knowledge of P&L management, revenue recognition principles, and cost allocation methods.
?Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; hands-on experience with SAP and BI tools.
?Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to craft executive-level presentations.
?Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with effective stakeholder engagement.
?Highly detail-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving.
