About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead multi-streams of engineering teams . In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

· Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

· Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support continuous growth.

Technical Guidance:

· Oversee the technical direction of the assigned squads, ensuring best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.

· Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.

· Agile Methodologies:

Implement and promote Agile practices , ensuring effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

· Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and manage expectations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and Professional Services, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on squad performance and project status.

Cultivate Technical Excellence:

· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

· Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress, fostering a supportive environment for innovation.




Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a management role.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in leading Agile teams.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript.

· Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Angular) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· Proven ability to influence and drive results in a cross-functional environment.

二、技術(shù)指導(dǎo)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)所轄團(tuán)隊(duì)的技術(shù)方向，確保在軟件開發(fā)、測(cè)試和部署方面遵循最佳交付形式。
2、引導(dǎo)技術(shù)討論與決策，在短期需求與長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃之間取得平衡。

三、敏捷方法論：
1、推行并倡導(dǎo)敏捷開發(fā)實(shí)踐，確保有效的迭代計(jì)劃、回顧總結(jié)和每日組會(huì)。
2、與產(chǎn)品負(fù)責(zé)人合作，確定待辦事項(xiàng)的優(yōu)先級(jí)并管理各方期望。

四、跨團(tuán)隊(duì)與各方溝通協(xié)作：
1、與產(chǎn)品管理、設(shè)計(jì)、專業(yè)服務(wù)等跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，確保項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)和交付成果保持一致。
2、作為團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心骨，向各方同步匯報(bào)團(tuán)隊(duì)表現(xiàn)和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展。

五、持續(xù)優(yōu)化團(tuán)隊(duì)技術(shù)：
1、在團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)培育創(chuàng)新、協(xié)作和持續(xù)改進(jìn)的文化，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)高績(jī)效和責(zé)任感。
2、識(shí)別并排除影響團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)度的障礙，營(yíng)造支持創(chuàng)新的工作環(huán)境。


任職要求：

1、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。
2、8年以上軟件工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少3年擔(dān)任管理職務(wù)。
3、深入理解敏捷方法論，并具備領(lǐng)導(dǎo)敏捷團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4、熟練掌握如Java、Python、JavaScript等編程語言。
5、具備Web技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)（如HTML, CSS, React, Angular）及云平臺(tái)使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)（如AWS、Azure、谷歌云等）。
6、熟悉持續(xù)集成/持續(xù)部署工具（如Jenkins、GitLab CI）和版本控制系統(tǒng)（如Git）。
7、出色的溝通、人際交往和組織能力。
8、具備在跨職能環(huán)境中有效推動(dòng)并達(dá)成結(jié)果的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
9、需要擁有英語六級(jí)證書，英文流利地聽說讀寫，會(huì)說粵語者優(yōu)先。
