崗位職責
1.負責自研產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理，涵蓋需求分析、架構(gòu)設(shè)計、研發(fā)交付及運維保障。
2.主導核心系統(tǒng)/模塊研發(fā)，優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)性能與穩(wěn)定性，推動代碼規(guī)范與質(zhì)量管理。
3.落地新技術(shù)、云原生架構(gòu)及高可用方案，結(jié)合業(yè)務場景實現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。
4.統(tǒng)籌海外合作項目技術(shù)交付，協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源，保障項目進度與質(zhì)量。
5.搭建高效技術(shù)團隊，推動人才成長與知識沉淀。
6.聯(lián)動產(chǎn)品、運營、海外等跨部門團隊，確保項目順利落地。
7.以結(jié)果為導向，聚焦交付指標，持續(xù)優(yōu)化流程與體系。
任職要求
1.本科及以上學歷，計算機相關(guān)專業(yè)，5年以上研發(fā)及團隊管理經(jīng)驗；電商、本地生活、支付/金融行業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
2.精通Java技術(shù)棧（SpringBoot、SpringCloud、SpringSecurity等），具備微服務架構(gòu)設(shè)計與高并發(fā)處理經(jīng)驗。
3.熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka/RabbitMQ、Flink等數(shù)據(jù)庫與中間件，具備系統(tǒng)調(diào)優(yōu)與高可用設(shè)計能力。
4.掌握Kubernetes、Docker等云原生技術(shù)，熟悉容器化部署、彈性擴容、服務治理與監(jiān)控。
5.熟悉支付/金融系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)，理解訂單、清結(jié)算、風控核心流程，有高安全、高合規(guī)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗。
6.熟悉Scrum/Kanban等敏捷開發(fā)方法論，具備項目迭代規(guī)劃與落地經(jīng)驗。
7.了解PMP項目管理知識體系，具備進度、質(zhì)量、成本、風險多維度管控能力。
8.有團隊建設(shè)管理經(jīng)驗，英語口語流利，可獨立對接海外客戶。

Qualifications
1.Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveinComputerScienceorrelatedfields,with5+yearsofdevelopmentandteammanagementexperience;experienceine-commerce,localservices,orpayment/financialindustriesispreferred.
2.ProficientintheJavatechnologystack(SpringBoot,SpringCloud,SpringSecurity,etc.)withexperienceinmicroservicesarchitecturedesignandhigh-concurrencyprocessing.
3.FamiliarwithdatabasesandmiddlewaresuchasMySQL,Redis,Kafka/RabbitMQ,Flink,withcapabilitiesinsystemtuningandhigh-availabilitydesign.
